(ii) Unplanned changes (for e.g, unplanned expenses) might occur during the implementation phase of a project. How are they dealt with?

(b) For any style of management, managers have to be excellent listeners. They must gather, absorb and disseminate information in order to contribute to and control a project. They need to work to reduce/eliminate dissension, strife and even hostility among team members. Else conflicts would result. Give a discussion of the issues over which conflicts y occur.
