Q. Show participation through ownership ?

Participation through ownership workers may become more involved in industries by making them share holders of the company. Include them to the buy equity shares may do this. The management may promote the schemes by alloying the workers to make payments in instalments. It may also advance loans or even give financial assistance to such workers to enable t hem to buy equity shares. Participation through ownership has the distinct advantage of making the workers committed to the job and to the organization. But its effects on participation are limited because ownership is different from management in the company form of ownership.
