Perform a status assessment of the second Elaboration iteration. DO NOT GENERALISE. Assess each activity separately against the outcomes specified for the activity. Generate a detailed iteration plan for the third Elaboration iteration (EIP3). As usual, plan the next iteration AS IF all work items were completed successfully and then ADD incomplete items to the next iteration plan.
Aim to complete coding for the ‘executable architecture' (or proof-of-concept prototype) in this third iteration. Start to carry out detailed design work for other high priority (architecturally significant) use cases. Continue to flesh out requirements for the remaining identified use cases.
Submit:
A status assessment for Elaboration Iteration 2.
A detailed iteration plan for the third Elaboration Iteration (EIP3).
