(b) The marketing officer of Apex ltd submitted a report on sales results and was asked to give a 10 minutes presentation to management in one week's time. On being given this assignment, he arranged for an overhead projector to be installed in the projection room. As he had some complicated data to present, he prepared 20 transparencies with graphs, tables and charts. On the set date, he arrived in the conference room right on time. He felt confident that the presentation would be successful as he had carefully rehearsed his speech. In the end, he was satisfied that he had not exceeded the time allocated and that he had succeeded in presenting all the visual data.
