A:I am concentrating in my personal traits. One area that I am working on is my communication skills.

A: I am working on my communication skills. I am taking dictations classes to minimize, and eventually get rid of it.

A: Since this is a behavioral question, I would say that I learned to set adults straight in my social service work as a caseworker. People need to be teaching, but at the same time, they want to do what they do in their own countries in the USA.

A: It does not make any difference. Younger people can even teach me how to do my job quicker. I have been under supervision already by younger people.
