Cutting Test:

Once the sand blasted blade were went through the washing process. Quality Control technician will randomly pick 15 pieces of blade to go for cutting test. Blade had a specific requirement for cutting force and cutting angle. The required cutting angle is 30 degree. Average of blade cutting force may not exceed the cutting for of 1.3N. If there is a exceed 1.3N, quality control must reject the order batch.   Maximum force of a single blade cannot be exceeding 1.4N. If there is one found higher than 1.4N, quality control had to make test on another 20 pieces. If there is a exceed 1.4N, quality control must reject the order batch.
