Wordpress Plugin Capture Vehicle Photos and description create video, submit to YouTube

Project Description:

I want to prepare a web based automated software program that will scrape an automotive site of images, description and optional price, convert text to voiceover, use pictures and images to prepare a video, submit to YouTube channel, optimize title, description and tags with year, make, model and town then embed video link on my website with description. Add website and social links I tell it to. Once setup it should run automatically looking for cars and trucks that were just added and checks if there were any changes to vehicles it has already created videos for then updates those videos.

I am about to release an automotive site. This is a Wordpress site and I would like the video creation and submission ability to be develop into the site. I would like it to be a Wordpress plug-in. It will be listing Automotive Dealerships vehicles. To get this inventory on my automotive lead generation site I can be taking feeds from these dealerships that will get the vehicles descriptions and photos. I was thinking it might be good to use this feeds to prepare the videos and perhaps have the option to scrape sites also that could not provide feeds.

After collecting the descriptions and images I will need to routinely make videos of each vehicle, convert the text description into a voice over for the video (preferably human sounding voice over), add a custom entry and exit to each video, submit it to my website's YouTube channel or the car dealer's YouTube channel. I would like the option to include a different entry and exit with the car dealer's info when submitting to the dealer's channel and also embed the video on my automotive lead generation site (preferably sent in an feed xml going back to the vehicle it came from that can be hosted on my site.
