A Neighbourhood watch  (a community based 'watch your neighbour'  organisation to keep the neighbourhood safe) committee in the Tuggeranong valley  (ACT) has grown to the stage where printing newsletters, announcing meetings via hard copy pamphlets is becoming too expensive and time consuming.  They would also like to display current neighbourhood news about break ins, criminals identified and caught, safety tips about securing your flat or house and police news.  

They would like some initial designs for a web page to hand over to a specification writer and then developer.

Regardless of the topic you have been allocated, you need to investigate, analyse and develop a screen/s that reflects the topic. Be prepared to present your screen as a 5 minute presentation.
