Dividend policy decision: the third major decision of the financial management of the decision related to the dividend policy the evident decision policy the dividend decision relating to the dividend policy. The dividend decision is relating to the financial decision of the firm two alternatives are available in dealing of the firm. They can be distributed to the shareholder in the firm of dividend or they can be retained in the business which course should be followed dividend or retention
