Number of people affected by a dissatisfied consumer, and thus negative marketing communication messages, is limited. Implications of a poor purchase decision in an organisational environment may be far reaching, comprising those associated with the use of the product, career of participants close to the locus of the decision, and - depending upon size and spread - perhaps whole organisation.
