Decline Stage:

A stage when sales demonstrate a downfall producer decides to abandon the market except only enough. Occasionally extension of life is possible like numbers of competitors are falling several characteristics:

a.Sales falling continual for the total period.

b.Intensification of price cutting.

c.Producers deciding to abandon the market.
