What is extended data output RAM?
EDO RAM: A slight modification to the DRAM structure changes the device in an EDO (extended data output) DRAM device. Inside the EDO memory, any memory access, including a refresh, stores the 256 bits selected through RAS' in latches. The latches hold the next 256 bits of information, therefore in most programs that are sequentially executed, which data are available without any wait states.

Consider the RC circuit of Figure (a) with R = 2 ,C = 5F,and i(t) = I = 10 A (a dc current source). Find the expressions for the capacitor voltage vC(t) and the capacitor current
The superposition theorem states: 'In any network made up of linear resistances and having more than single source of e.m.f, the resultant current flowing in any branch is the
Sub Threshold The sub threshold I-V curve depends exponentially on the threshold voltage, introducing a strong reliance on any manufacturing variation that influences threshol
Speed Control of Three Phase Induction Motors Three phase induction motors are invariably used in the application where in speed in required to be constant or adjustabl
One of the simplest circuits is the asynchronous or ' ripple' counter. Below is shown the circuit diagram of a simple 3 stage ripple counter. The operation of this circuit
The winch uses a 415 Volt 50 Hz AC motor, so both the up/down and run/stop controls actually operate +24V relays, whose contacts switch the 415Vac to the winch. The relays also pro
Q. A three-phase ac motor, used to drive a draft fan, is connected to a 60-Hz voltage supply. At noload, the speed is 1188 r/min; at full load, the speed drops to 1128 r/min. (a
Q. Why is an emitter bypass capacitor used in an RC coupled amplifier? If an emitter resistor Re is used for self-bias in an amplifier and if it is desired to avoid the degene
Q. Describe an integrator circuit ? A circuit in which output voltage is directly proportional to the integral of the input is known as an integrating circuit. An integrating c
