What is criminal law?

Criminal law:

A crime is an offence against society that accepted behaviours and is illegal by law. These all persons accused are prosecuted through the state (who reacts onto behalf of us being society).

An illegal action is brought to court through the Crown Prosecution Service and should be proved beyond reasonable doubt through the prosecution. The burden of proof rests along with the prosecution.
