Q. What is Ceramic mosaic and Chequered Cement tiles?

Chequered Mosaic tiles -

Repairs to steps of F O Bs should be done only with Chequered Mosaic tiles.

Ceramic mosaic tiles -

For steps of F O Bs on very important stations and even for the F O Bs them selves ceramic mosaic tiles may be used.

Chequered Cement tiles -

For resurfacing of Plat form 1.5 - 2.0 m. width from edge of the Plat form at important stations may be provided with Chequered Cement tiles.
