Question: what did you learn about yourself from reading the other theories of personality?list and explain at least three things.)

There is no doubt that it was very knowledgeable to read the theories of the personality. It is really very helpful in understanding about myself and others. It is true that if we don’t have a good understanding about us, how we would be able to understand others. I am able to learn various things about me from the learning of the theories of the personality.
First of all, I came to know that about the exact type of personality I am. These theories help me in enhancing my knowledge about me and self-concept. Secondly, I was not aware that there are various traits which make the personality of a person and distinguish them from others. Now I am able to use the right perspectives in evaluating the others personality too on the basis big five factor theory. It helps me in talking to them and perceiving them in the right way. The third thing which I learn how to tackle the situation where you have to communicate with different people with different personalities. It teaches me how to make the right adjustment in my tone of communication that helps in pleasing to all without hurting anyone’s ego at one time.
