Name some of these functions and discuss their relative importance as they apply to International Human Resources Management.

II. What are Total Rewards? Design a Total Rewards Strategy that would ensure that your company would be able to attract competent people and remain competitive in an international context.

Remember that monetary rewards are not always the most attractive feature of any compensation package.
