b.     Bespoke and expensive to maintain and develop.

c.      High switching cost.

d.     Industry standard directions for enterprise-wide systems may not gain competitive benefit.

e.     Too complicated to adopt some business process within an ERP model.

f.       Only as dependable as the programmers which programmed it.

g.     Database approach thus risk of losing information or security breaches.
