Disadvantages of Division of Labour are as follows:

a. Division of labour provides rise to loss of craftsmanship, workers turn into Machine, minders and no more.

b. Along with the passage of time, similar job becomes monotonous and dull.

c. Workers do not stay all-rounder and one can’t work in place of another when such is absent.
