Q. What are colonies and societies?

The Colonies are functional integrated aggregates formed by individuals of the similar species. The Colonies are often confused with a single individual. Instances are the coral reefs, by-the- wind sailors and filamentous algae.

The Societies are interactions for labor collaboration and division among individuals of the same species. Human societies are instances of ecological societies other species, like bees, termites, ants, wolves and dolphins, also form societies.
