We need a reasonably simple documentation website
The website will be hosted on a Microsoft SharePoint for in-company use only.
The determination of this website is to create a simple and standardized way for documenting work processes--the goal is to achieve something similar to a Wiki however the forms that will be used to create and edit entries will be strict.
Somebody with access to the SharePoint must be able to edit and create content on the website. It does not need graphics and doesn't need to look very pretty. The key here is user-friendly. Do not let it look too ugly or terribly old-fashioned, though, I do like people to want to get on board with it.
I am attaching some gross looking however hopefully helpful jpg that have been notated to hopefully make what I want more clear.
