Develop a professional site like match, PHP Web Programming

I am mainly looking for a version of a VERY professional site that is very same to a match.com - basically it would match people to jobs and vice verso.

It would show percentage of match based on the candidate's skills, provide employers ability to a jobs, ability for candidates to add profiles, have social media friendly capabilities, have a CMS, ability to do e-commerce for payment etc.
