I' have a lumpy design on how the website must look like (mobile website). What I am seeking is a website developer who can guide me from A to Z

The developer must be capable to-

a) Develop a website linked with database for users to sign up

b) Link the website with PayPal accounts for users and for the company

c) Use Google map with a program to identify best routes with prices. This must be linked in the mobile website as well.
