VASA DIFFRENTIA -

  1. Originate from wollfian duct.
  2. It comes out fo cauda epdidymis enters into abdominal cavity through inguinal canal, forms loop round the uretor and joins the duct of a seminal vesicles to form an ejaculatory duct.
  3. Near its end the vasa defrens is enlarged to form a spindle like ampulla for the temporary storage of sperm.
  4. Vasa deferens has a muscular wall lined with pseudostratified epithelium having stereocillia on many cells.
