Usage of transistor:
The bipolar junction transistor that is abbreviated as BJT was the most generally used transistor in the 1960s and 70s. Even later than MOSFETs became extensively available, the BJT remained the transistor of choice for several analog circuits like simple amplifiers due to their greater linearity and ease of manufacture. Desirable properties of MOSFETs, like their usefulness in low-power devices, generally in the CMOS configuration, permitted them to capture nearly all market share for digital circuits; more lately MOSFETs have captured most analog and power applications also, including modern power transmitters, clocked analog circuits, amplifiers, voltage regulators, motor drivers, etc.

Discuss the requirement for automatic gain control in AM receiver and automatic frequency control in FM. How are these 'control' voltage formed and used?
Dielectric Heating Dielectric losses occur in insulating materials. These are same as hysteresis losses in magnetic materials. When an alternating electric field is a
Transparent latch D flip Flop A typical example of this type of D flop is 7475 shown in figure when CLK connected is enable signal is high and the flip flop is enabled
Q. Explain the drain and transfer characteristics of P-channel enhancement MOSFET. In p-channel enhancement MOSFET here is a n-type substrate and p doped regions under drain an

We now have an equation for the magnetic field H at a distance r from a conductor carrying a current I amps And Ampere's experiments show that the force per unit lengthbetw
Boost Converter The boost converter has its output voltage always greater than input voltage like a buck converter boost converter has two modes.
What do you understand by DRAM and its refreshing? Dynamic RAM (DRAM) is fundamentally the same as SRAM, but this retains data for only 2 or 4 ms on an internal capacitor. But
