Although broadly agents are either special or might be general depending on the scope of authority.  Subsequently an agent engaged to carry a task in such ordinary course of his business like an agent is deemed universal.  Thus an agent is special whether engaged to carried a task outside then his ordinary course of business such as an agent.  Although particular agents conclude as:
