Therefore this rule states whereas simple words in an Act obeyed particular words, the general words are to be made as being limited to the persons or things within the class designated through the particular words.  As like a case where in a reference to "cows, goats, donkeys and other animals" the general words "other animals" would be made to sense animals of the same genus or species as cows, goats and donkeys whether is, domestic animals, and would not contain wild animals such as zebras, antelopes or tigers etc;...
