The culture of the organisation will be strongly affected by the history of changes in the organisation and how they were accomplished.Culture is related to shared values and beliefs of those in the organisation andhas resulted in the simplistic view that culture is: 'how things are done aroundhere'. Culture is like the wind: we cannot see it, but we can feel it. The cultureis reinforced through rites, daily or other rituals, patterns of communicationand informal aspects of the organisation. Look closely at any organisation in trouble, and we will probably find that the problem is culture. Corporate culture has a strong impact on individuals' beliefs and actions since it is based on a set of fundamental norms and values. Thus, there are many attributes of corporate culture, including ethics, dress codes, brand image, goals and vision for the future. Schein (2004:17), in an early definition of corporate culture, describes it as involving an understanding of what constitutes correct attitudes and perceptions, one that is shared by coworkers.   

This assignment is highlight the integrating the concept of organizational culture and organizational values in the business organisations. While presenting a value of organisation culture the assignment concludes that ensuring sustainable competitive advantage.
