Input Data Collection

The input data for the model was collected accurately to be as close as possible to a typical emergency room. We expected that the number of patients coming by ambulance cars is less than that of patients coming by their own. In addition, we expected that urgent patients are less than non-urgent patients. Data inputs are as following:

-          Arrival of patients coming by ambulance cars is expo (55).

-          Arrival of patients coming by their own is expo (30).

-          The percentage of patients needing wheel chairs is 5%.

-          The percentage of patients transferred to the lab or x-ray is 20%.

-          The front-desk process is based on uniform (5, 10).

-          The wheel chair process is based on triangle (2, 3, 5).

-          The pharmacy process is uniform (3, 5).

-          The nursing process is based on uniform (3, 5).

-          The urgent doctor process is triangle (10, 14, 25).

-          The normal doctor is also triangle (5, 8, 10).

-          The lab or x-ray process is based on uniform (15, 30).
