State four long-term benefits of exercise.

The long-term advantages of exercise are:

a) Enhance in size of the muscles used,

b) Decrease of heart rate and

c)  Enhance in stroke volume,

d)  More enzymes made in the muscles, stronger ligaments and tendons, more flexibility at the joints, possibly loss of excess body fat, possibly decreased chance of premature heart attack.
