Solar and Wind Energy for India and Pakistan - Case study and business plan

I want a case study and full business plan about installing solar power systems and wind energy for a poor country such Pakistan and India. The business plan should include accurate cost breakdown for full solar power system and wind energy in such case for small hospital and schools. The cost breakdown should be calculate on baeses of Kw of electricity for cases such as small hospital and schools.
