Scenes - polygon rendering and ray tracing methods
In the context of ray tracing, a scene is a set of objects and light sources which will be viewed through a camera. All of these items are arranged in what is termed as the world, or world space that is an imaginary place along with height, depth and width as much like reality. For illustration, let's assume that you need to create an image of the Planets and their also satellites. After that our scene will comprise the planets and their respective satellites, a light source which will function as the sun and our camera that is where we are viewing this sight from. Here we discuss several basic terms as objects, world, source, light, and so no involved along with the idea of scene in several detail.
