Responsibilities for the human resource planning:
Human resource planning is the responsibility of the personnel department. The personnel department's responsibility is to recommend relevant personnel policies is to recommend relevant personnel policies in respect to the human resource planning devise methods of procedure and determine the quantitative aspects of human resource planning. Geisler has enumerated the responsibility of the personnel department with regard to human resource planning in the following words:
