Reduce inspection cost by acceptance planning
In few cases where there are number of methods, available to protect the supplier and the customer from poor quality, it so happens that not always these methods suit appropriately. In such instances, inspection is performed on every part received, sold to ensure quality, but 100% inspection might not be possible always, since it is expensive and also time consuming.
