Quittingill effect, Advanced Statistics

Assignment Help:

Quittingill effect is a problem which occurs most frequently in studies of the smoker cessation where smokers frequently quit smoking following the onset of the disease symptoms or diagnosis of a life- threatening disease, thereby creating an irregular rise in, for instance, lung cancer risk following the smoking cessation relative to continuing smokers. Such an increase has been reported in number of studies.
