Public Law:

Private law:

Further it consists of those fields or branches of law that  the state has no direct interest like the sovereign egg law of contracts and law of tout and law of property and law of succession.

Private law is troubled through day to day transactions of legal relationships between persons.  Well it describe the rights and duties of parties.
