Public Law:

Public law is concerned through the constitution and functions of the various organs of government counting local authorities, their relations with each other and through the citizens. So public law asserts state sovereignty or power.
Private law:
Further it consists of those fields or branches of law that the state has no direct interest like the sovereign egg law of contracts and law of tout and law of property and law of succession.
