You have to look up the data sheets for the LM317 (Not LT317), LT1006. V1 is a standard 9 volt battery, and the resistors are “through hole”. Label the test points in, V+, gnd, and out. This is the circuit your group will build for the project. U1 will create a 5V power supply and D1 will be brightly lit when V+ is 5 volts. The OPAMP circuit is a filter used to filter a PWM signal into an analog signal. VIN will be a square wave from a micro controller or function generator.
