P type material - semiconductor material, Electrical Engineering

Assignment Help:

p type material:

p type material is formed by doping aerial  crystal with impurity atoms having three valance electrons. The diffused impurities with three valence electrons. These doping materials are boron, alliums and indiums. The diffused impurities with three valence electrons   are called acceptor atoms, type material are also electrically neutral.

In a type material the electrons are called the majority carriers and the holes are called the majority carriers.
