Production: Open kitchen system is used by the company for production of products under strategic matching strategy to develop competitive advantage. Customers can watch 36 chefs cooking at one time through this open kitchen concept.

Financial Performance: Company will also invest its profitability in the construction of new platforms and infrastructure like, Carl's junior restaurant under strategic fit strategy to pursue opportunities in the environment. Similarly, the company has expanded its outlets from 19 to 23 in Singapore by using its financial growth under strategic matching strategy that is aimed to leverage opportunities for business growth.

Innovative brand concept: Bread Talk also occupies innovative brand concept in terms of openness, superlative quality, wide variety of products and consistency. This brand power of the company helps it to survive in increasingly demanding F&B industry by maintaining brand loyalty among the customers for Bread Talk .

Marketing: Bread Talk offers around 200 constant varieties of products to cater the changing needs of its customers under product strategy to maintain the attractiveness of business in F&B industry. The company has set up it stores in high traffic areas like, Rail transport stations, bus terminals etc. In this way, marketing strategies of Bread Talk under marketing mix assists the company to survive in competitive industry.
