Our company hires independent contractors to install equipment at precise locations across North America. We want to track the installation data and generate reports.
The company requires a web-based relational database that holds data regarding
1) the installation of equipment
2) the timecard records or payroll for the independent contractors who install the equipment, and
3) Some information regarding the specific store that has equipment installed in it. The installation data add digital photographs of proof of installation. The website will prepare reports for several types of users. Some of these reports will add pictures, and some of these reports will be downloadable as spreadsheets. Definite users will have access to their own partially completed forms prior to form submission.
