A market development stage is the one that refers to the attempt needed to recognize a latent market (i.e., organizations that share a like need or want for something that does not so far exist) and to work to crystallize that require. The consequence is a new method or service that can satisfy all the market or part of the market. For instance, the videotext market comes under market crystallization phase. It seems to have several market benefits, but those benefits have not been completely developed.
