Lock Clip Came out from Rear Brake Drum (Backplate) , Other Engineering

Assignment Help:

A type of brake used to keep the vehicle from rolling when it is parked. The standard
Parking brake locks the rear wheels to keep the car from moving. Parking brake cable is fixed in back plate of brake drum by wire clip. Wire clip is used to hold parking brake in brake drum.
Problem:
But due to relative motion and vibration of vehicle the wire clip is fly away and loose the parking brake cable from brake drum.
As per stack analysis considering worst condition, we have found 0.45mm clearance between wire clip & brake cable.
Because of that there is no gripping between wire clip & parking brake cable.
Solution Required:
1- Parking brake cable should not come out from rear brake drum.
Constraints:
1- Easy fitment of wire clip with parking brake cable.
