Pam works as a technician at Continent Ltd. During the few past weeks, Pam has been continuously coming to office quite late. He has been warned several times by the Director, Mr Jack but he did not pay any attention. Yesterday, Mr Jack called Pam in his office and asked him about this repeated lateness. Pam, out of anger, retorted back violently and used abusive language towards Mr Jack. Advise Mr Jack to the course of action available to him.
