Job design depends on the human resource management. Job design approaches define the company's goals and perspectives. It defines and designed in terms of the activities to their skills qualification level the compensation rules and regulations to complete the goals and policies so the hiring process required the talented candidates who can fulfill the company demands.

Advantages:

1. He is able to fulfill the goals and meet the company perspectives so easy to understand and to get the optimum solution. To analyze the level movement becomes very easy and it is beneficial in future terms and employee performs better.

Limitations:

1. The punctuality and the timings if there is a new employee then he should maintain the company norms and policy to become successful.

2. It is important and relevant because it's necessary for a person to know he wants and what he does is important in the company's point.
