After reading through the information you can decide what needs to be read in depth, what can be scanned and what can be safely thrown away. With experience you will learn how to do this. All the incoming information that are important need to be filed. In the next unit you will study about filing system. Probably the most important written communication which you will receive concerns requests for apparatus and materials.
