Q. Iceberg phenomenon in relation to diabetes?

Diabetes Mellitus cases are diagnosed by a doctor or a health worker by taking history, blood test for sugar level. But the undiagnosed or hidden cases are missed. The diagnosed cases are tip of the ice berg and undiagnosed cases are like hidden mass of ice submerged in the water.
