One of the key skills of management is the ability to research and report upon a particular problem or issue. You are required to write a dissertation based around a human resource management problem or issue - one in which you are particularly interested or that arises from the context of your employment experience. This handbook takes you through what you are required to do and also introduces you to a range of research skills.
Students taking the MA HRM or MA HRD Dissertation should usually carry out primary research that is 'in-company' based.
