Google apps engine Content summary function enhancement

Project Scope-

a) Develop in Google App Engine (GAE)

b) Develop with python

c) Comply our system design

d) Using 3rd party API is accepted (e.g. summary tool, translation tool), no restriction on which API is used (but we will analysis the API first)

e) Implement the Chinese summary to the website

f) Development documentation is required

Description-

A GAE based website that previously having the front-end and get content function by using 3rd parties tools to summary the content. But the summarize function is limited due to the summary is only support English.

Desired Skills are MySQL Administration, HTML, PHP, Python and Google App Engine
