Give the Definition of Logarithms ?
A logarithm to the base a of a number x is the power to which a is raised to get x.
In equation format:
If x = ay, then loga x = y.
Example 1: Convert the logarithmic equation log3 9 = 2 to an exponential equation. Solution: log3 9 = 2 32 = 9 By the definition of logarithms. Example 2: Convert the logarithmic equation log2 16 = 4 to an exponential equation. Solution: log2 16 = 4 24 = 16 By the definition of logarithms. Example 3: Convert the logarithmic equation log5 1/25 = -2 to an exponential equation. Solution: log 5 1/25 = -2 5-2 = 1/25 By the definition of logarithms.
Cross Product In this last section we will look at the cross product of two vectors. We must note that the cross product needs both of the vectors to be three dimensional (3D
Above we have seen that (2x 2 - x + 3) and (3x 3 + x 2 - 2x - 5) are the factors of 6x 5 - x 4 + 4x 3 - 5x 2 - x - 15. In this case we are able to find one facto
Simplify following. Suppose that x, y, & z are positive. √ y 7 Solution In this case the exponent (7) is larger than the index (2) and thus the fir
Compute the value of the following limit. Solution: Notice as well that I did say estimate the value of the limit. Again, we will not directly compute limits in this sec
From top of a tower a stone is thrown up and it reaches the ground in time t1. A second stone is thrown down with the same speed and it reaches the ground in t2. A third stone is r

alpha and beta are concentric angles of two points A and B on the ellipse.
sum of zero of polynomial x2-2x+1is equal to sum of zero of polynomial x3-2x+x then find the product of all the three zero of the second polynomial
