Generation of Continuation

It is assumed that a partial schedule (which may be empty schedule) is given. For this partial schedule, a number of possible continuations is generated. In order to cope up with the combinatorial explosion, the continuation is based on a limited set of candidates for each station. This set is determined by priority rules.
