Explain about the development phase in the project management.
Development phase
During the development phase, everything that will be needed to implement the project is organized. Potential subcontractors or suppliers are brought within, a schedule is made, materials and elements are ordered and instructions are specified to the personnel and same to forth. The development phase is finish while implementation is ready to begin. All issues must be clear for the parties which will execute the implementation.
In several projects, mainly smaller ones, a formal development phase is probably not essential. The important point is that this should be clear what must be completed in the implementation phase, by whom and what time.
